Cross-Border Data Transfer

By ticking the "Cross-border transfer" box on the eligibility review form you consent to the following, as required by Article 9 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:

• Where the eligibility review requires it, I consent to my personal data — including health data I voluntarily shared — being transferred outside Türkiye to the accredited clinical centres, physicians and coordination partners involved in the review.
• I understand that countries receiving the data may have data protection legislation different from Turkish law.
• I understand that my data is transferred only to the extent necessary for the review and under confidentiality obligations.
